It's so sad that I love batman on film in the Tim burton productions but can seem to enjoy him in his comics. Now more than ever, the night belongs to Nightwing! Having been away from comics for the better part of a decade, I've missed quite a bit. The second hardcover of James Tynion's Dectective Comics run continues the quality established from the first while continuing to effectively develop the ensemble cast. Batwoman begins: As the title suggests, some throwbacks are thrown to the past so we can see Cassandra's first steps as she follows Batman, but after this we can continue the story as The Colony tries to rescue Kane, they also steal a monster formula created by Hugo Strange. I love the aspect of fleshing out the Batfamily including an unexpected member in Clayface and I can't wait to read the second volume.
